Digidesign makes more than professional tools; they create the definitive elements in the working environment of sound recording professionals. We designed a full line of products for Digidesign, from the top end ‘Icon’ to the entry-level ‘003 Factory’. Careful attention was given to ergonomics and work flow: viewing angles, legibility of text, tactility of buttons and knobs, illuminating patterns and feel of materials. The results are a cohesive, comfortable and highly functional product line that is hailed as a landmark – tools that live up to the art being created on them.
